Why We Built A&A
We started A&A because we believed growing organizations deserved better access to experienced, practical business support, without the cost or complexity of traditional consulting firms.

Founded by two sisters, A&A takes its name from our middle names. It was a personal touch for a business built around something we both believed in: that great consulting should feel like a partnership, not just another service provider.

We saw how often small and mid-sized organizations faced complex people and operational challenges without the internal resources to tackle them. We wanted to change that.

Today, we're a Canadian, women-founded consulting firm bringing together experienced professionals who combine big-picture thinking with hands-on support to help organizations build, grow and transform.
